Our Story

Enerthos began with the assignment and management of a building in downtown Athens in 2025. This building is owned by Dr. Konstadinos Goulias, Doctor of Civil Engineering, who founded Enerthos with his daughter Katri Goulias, who is a User Experience Designer. Their commitment is to create modern, energy-efficient apartments that prioritize accessibility, livability, and long-term resilience. Our story is rooted in caring deeply about how buildings are lived in and how they impact the world around them, and in proving that sustainable choices can also create warm, well-designed homes people genuinely enjoy living in.
